Read-only calendar access is used to find meetings, start times, attendees, recurrence, and video conference links.
Meeting recordings
Recording bots join meetings only when a connected workspace is configured to record that meeting.
Structured notes
Transcripts are transformed into meeting summaries and notes for the connected workspace.
Read-only access
The Google Calendar integration uses read-only event permissions. It does not create, update, or delete calendar events.
Workspace control
Calendar connections can be disconnected by the user, and recording behavior is controlled by workspace preferences.
No advertising use
Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising, retargeting, or unrelated model training.
