Service provider
These terms govern use of Meeting Notes, a meeting recording and note-generation service operated by Nohup.
Using the service
You may use Meeting Notes only for lawful business purposes and only where you have the right to connect calendars, invite recording bots, process meeting content, and store generated notes.
Calendar connections
Meeting Notes uses connected calendars to identify meetings, video links, attendees, timing, recurrence, and related metadata. Users are responsible for ensuring that calendar connections and recording settings are appropriate for their workspace.
Meeting notices and consent
Customers and users are responsible for giving required notices and obtaining required consents before recording meetings or processing participant content.
Customer content
Customers retain ownership of their meeting content, transcripts, notes, and workspace configuration. Nohup may process that content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Meeting Notes.
Third-party services
Meeting Notes integrates with third-party services such as calendar providers, authentication providers, meeting recording providers, hosting providers, storage providers, and note tools. Their own terms and policies may also apply.
Availability
We work to keep Meeting Notes reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or incidents outside our control.
