Who operates Meeting Notes

Information we collect
We collect account information, workspace configuration, connected calendar identifiers, meeting metadata, recordings, transcripts, notes, and usage information needed to operate the service.
Google Calendar data
When a user connects Google Calendar, Meeting Notes requests read-only access to calendar events and the user's primary Google Account email address. Calendar data may include event titles, start and end times, attendees, recurrence information, conference links, calendar identifiers, and related event metadata.
We use this data to identify meetings with video links, show upcoming meetings in the connected workspace, decide whether a recording bot should join, and associate generated notes with the correct meeting. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, retargeting, or unrelated model training.
Recordings, transcripts, and notes
If a workspace is configured to record a meeting, a recording bot may join the meeting. Meeting recordings and transcripts may be processed to create summaries and notes for the authorized workspace.
How information is shared
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Meeting Notes. These providers may include calendar providers, authentication providers, meeting recording providers, cloud hosting, storage, email delivery, and note-processing services.
We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
Data retention and deletion
Calendar connection records are kept while the account or workspace remains connected. Meeting records, transcripts, notes, and related files are retained according to workspace configuration, legal requirements, and customer instructions.
Users can disconnect their calendar connection in the app or revoke access from their Google Account. You can request deletion by contacting support@nohup.group.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, provider authentication, and operational safeguards to protect account, calendar, meeting, and note data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date when appropriate.
